Do you really think government is smaller, less corrupt or more Constitutional under the current administration?

If people continue to vote for the duopoly, globalism will prevail and the nation will be a part of history.

How is Jack Welch's income or spending habits any concern of the government?

Under an NRST, do you think Jack Welch would be buying a GE appliance (washer, dryer, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher) retail and pay tax on it???

No way, José.
He'd pluck the most advanced/customized model he could right out of the GE R&D labs and have engineers install it in his home as "test" units.
You and I, we'd have to pay a hefty sales tax to Uncle Sam if we were to buy those same appliances as Jack. But the wealthy would have many resources available to them to circumvent the NRST.

Note to self: don't forget lightbulbs, air conditioning, televisions, etc. etc. etc. GE makes all kinds of stuff that Jack wouldn't pay NRST for.

Vote out the cowardly unAmerican RATs!

LOL

I'm finding these unasuming happy-assed one-liners of yours all over the place.

I'm jumping on the train again Jim, a good part of why is you.

That said, if we give Georigie the house and senate and he doesn't do the right thing this time, I promise you I'll find a way to cancel out every single 2004 Bush vote on this forum.

I'm not kidding either.

I believe it will become so, if we give Bush a Republican majority in both houses. I know for a fact that it will not become smaller or less corrupt or more constitutional under the party of corruption, socialism, and evil, the Democrats.

Take the majority. Take control of the committees and the legislative agenda. Appoint and confirm conservative replacements for the liberal activist judiciary. Block the treaties that are not in our best interest. Defend the nation.

Good grief. Who cares what kind of a washing machine Jack Welch acquires or whether he gets a freebie from R&D? He'll buy plenty of expensive goods elsewhere and he'll pay way more than his share in taxes. If he doesn't, his heirs will. And I have no doubt that his wealth and investments and philanthropy will do great things for people who are a lot less well off than he is and will continue long after he is gone. Capitalism works.

Yes, capitalism does work. The one thing every consumer owes is a sales tax to the government that insures his safety and future tranquility. As the tax structure now stands, we are attuned to think in terms of what can I get from the fed, what can I keep from the fed at tax time, why should I have to pay so much when the filthy rich pay so small a percentage of their money? Tax reform?... Eliminate the IRS and their function, install a sales tax to be collected by the states, who will withhold a share based on the sales occurring in their state, and toss the 15,000 pages of tax guide out the damn window (preferrably onto dimocrat congressional heads). When the taxman can force a farm to be sold in order to pay inheritance tax, destroying the heritage of the family in whose hands that land and business has remained making America stronger, there is something demonically like a will to destroy the Republic at work!

Nope I don't "pout", never did. I've learned how to activate, become effective and move on what I think is right. You'd be very surprised at what one person can accomplish when they're motivated and aren't looking for recognition.

You wouldn't know anything about that, being that the extent of your activism is running you head on an internet forum.

Capitalism works.

Yep. Under an NRST, the black market would flourish.
The fedgov can't even put a dent in domestic trade of illicit substances it has banned.
Place a whopping sales tax on ALL items and the "underground economy" will grow exponentially.

At this point it matters not, who is elected. The federal government is like titanic snowball rolling down a giant, never ending hill.

They are counting on the people remaining preoccupied as we lose our money, jobs, manufacturing, our sovereignty, and our freedoms as we are told that our focus and our future is global affairs and global business.

I feel it will take massive, organized tax revolts and other extreme measures to reel in this out of control government, that is now in virtually in every aspect of our lives. What this country once stood for, is incrementally disappearing...The problem is, it will require things to get much worse, before people are willing to stick their necks out, to make things right.

The laws, restrictions, and attacks on our constitution coming down the road will be proof of this....I know this sounds extreme to some, but this is my honest opinion.

Do you know what happened the last time things came to that point? I am not speaking of the revolution.

And what is this evil that triumphs when good men do nothing?

Another way of saying it is:
What does it take for Evil to come in? Good men doing nothing.

I think you are a tremendous voice for freedom of speech and return to Constitutional government.

However, I don't think the same is true of Republicrats.

Not really. For one, in October I'll be speaking to anywhere from 20,000 to 200,000 people.

That's not where it's at though, that's just going to be a whole lot of history making fun.

Where it's at is having the direct contact info and the ear of people you never imagined would even look at you. I guess years of heavy lifting and doing what you think is right just in the hopes of changing a few minds can pay off. Hanging around with the good people and always doing what you think is right helps too.

BTW, I thought you weren't going to stalk me anymore unless you had something smart to say. You remember that conversation, don't you?

Now please, say something non-dumb. Show me you have a brain and can do something besides spit out an irrelevant 5 word quip.

You really don't have anything to say do you?

It all comes down to each of us right where we live doing something about it. We have the best network right here at FR with a complete United States and a world connection with all of us here at FR that post.

We need to get down and dirty and we have to get in the process if your first office is dog catcher so be it. From there its mayor. We can do it and we can stop the rats from their conquest of America. We will send then so far back this November they are in the stone age forever.

Well, the real key here is to drastically reduce the size and scope of government so it does not require such a heavy tax burden to support it. Reduce the government to only those functions authorized by the Constitution and then a single digit sales tax on everything purchased should be more than sufficient to fund it. Nine or ten percent of our total sales nationally should be enough to defend our borders, pay the administration and the congress, run the courts and post office and still have enough left over to fund the state governments. Maybe you can do the math and let me know.
