Tell me, please, what evidence exists
that the little girl deserved to be
disciplined? I know of none. Only if
such was the case should we be talking
about how the monster(er, mother ???)
chose to "discipline" her. Authorities
(local LE) believe the evidence shows
an unprovoked ASSAULT, not discipline.

I agree that I didn't see anything that deserved discipline, but again, we are only seeing bits and pieces. That is not my decision there. But even then, you don't teach a child but just pummeling them. That is why I said she was more than out of control. Discipline should be accompanied by an explanation. IE: child reaching for the hot stove, smack their hand and say hot.

I dunno. It is against the law in most states to hit a child about the head and face. Now I watched the video and saw her sort of slapping around and the kid just popped right up into her car seat, swinging her legs. Then she inexplicably reached over, the video is unclear, and looked like she was pulling her hair. I didn't see fists but just a storm of slapping. Clearly it was wrong but this didn't look like fists pummeling a child. I would never hit a kid that way and surely this needs to be looked at. But a monster? Take the child away? I dunno. It is interesting that she was dutifully putting her in the proper car seat in the back of the car so she isn't a total loser. And to call heer a white trash who..,,,well that is not established. And it gives white trash ho's a bad name!!!! This woman clearly doesn't know how to treat a child, is like a kid herself but I reserve judgement on whether she is a monster. Every parent knows that you come close to the edge with kids,,she went over the edge. And a wal-mart parking lot is just the place to test anyone's patience. I have seen this kiind of thing in grocery stores and cringe. Not this bad, but close to it.
