Exactly. The perp needs to be stopped. Ideally an arrest is made, a court of law assembled, evidence brought forth, witnesses examined and cross-examined, and then a judgment is made. The ideologues are claiming there should be NO intervention, arrest, or investigation without incontrovertible proof first, which is nonsense.
