This is part of Hilary clinton's "third way" a way to sneak socialism.
She is more dangerous in this regard. Bill thought it would be neat to be prez. Hilary wanted to have the government reshaped in her image.

You are correct. We are (as a nation) polite, but not inclined toward slavery. "Don't Tread on Me" pretty much says it all. And don't forget that Russia is primarily an oriental race who had been subjugated by the Czars forever before the Bolshevics (sp) took over.

Communism is the natural downward slide of human nature when not checked by our free will and a solid, ethical foundation. Leftists didn't win anything in America. When socialism "wins," everyone loses.
Having said that:
"A pessimist sees the difficulty in every opportunity. An optimist sees the opportunity in every difficulty."--Winston Churchill
"If we are elevated, our elevation will have been accomplished through our own instrumentality... No people who has solely depended upon aid from others ever stood forth in the attitude of freedom." - Frederick Douglass
Contributed by Stan Faryna, Editor-in-Chief of "Black and Right: The Bold New Voice of Black Conservatives in America" (Praeger Publishers, 1997).

When I was younger, the
original stace of the Conservative movement was two-fold:
1. Right-to-Life
2. Right-to-Work
I bet you couldn't rustle up ten conservatives in any GOP gathering today who would insist that these are basic principles of political ideology.
We've forgotten our roots.
