Which has what to do with your original assertion?
My original assertion implied that the federal government has overstepped its authority. You and the federal government selectively choose which parts of the Constitution you agree with. Although the Supreme Court might "interpret" that document in ways they see fit, it doesn't make it right, and is a major defect in our form of government that apparently needs to be fixed.
