According to family history, I am descended from Khazar nobles who converted to Judaism. In High School, I decided to do a research paper on them after taking a course in Russian history.

I know about the Khazars (I didn't know about a lot of the other groups you mentioned). Do you look any different than the Askenazism? I never met anyone who could trace his history back that far - except a Chinese Jew descended from a group of Persian Jews who emigrated to China in the 800s(?), invited there by a Chinese noble to show the Chinese how to dye cotton (due to a shortage of silk). He looked Chinese.
