Shouldn't this disease start diminishing now that fall is here and mosquitos are lessening?

Yes but I have a question..If animals can get it(lots of horses have died) why can't cattle..and if they have it wouldn't it be in the meat supply?

Its still too warm yet. Mosquitoes don't go dormant until it get cool. We are still getting 80 degrees here in New York.

Mosquitos are lessening? this time of year? are you repeating a CDC press release ? where are they lessening? do you realize the probable highest concentration of mosquitos on the Earth is in the Tundra? It will be awhile before mosquitos lessen. You need a couple of heavy frosts first then they will reappear if there are several warm days. And by the way...after they lessen, they WILL BE BACK.
