I get these in Australia evey second week.-I just block them.
The first half dozen i Just forwarded to the South African Law Authorities(INTERPOL) and ASIO but I got sick and tired of doing their dirty work.I am inderectly responsible for the first few arrests over there.
Whenever the bob up in my inbox,I just block them and hope they will soon run out of email adresses to send from.
My advice to you is to just keep blocking them.Eventually they'll give up when enough of their scam emails keep bouncing back to them.

deleted at your ISP server or by your own
email reader, depending on how you set
things up. Neither action bounces anything
back to the sender.
