As it turns out, no it didn't. I know conservatives pretty unanimously hate the press because of their liberal bias but my point was that, although the press often gets small details wrong, the press has turned out to have been pretty darn accurate in their reports of "leaks" on this case. (unless you count Douglas Pierce's report, but then he himself is not media). I'm confident the plea negotiations story will turn out to be true as well.
