If this is the case, the print will come out tomorrow and the naysayers summarily drummed into the ground.
To: bvw
Oh and it was all too obvious why they resorted to vanity flames.

Well Court TV has an article. This paper has an article in this thread. And Fox News is reporting it. I don't think we have to wait until tomorrow as to its truth...
To: marajade
Where's the official police statement, however? It is way too hot an item NOT to have such a statement. There has to be a reason Feldman insisted that the appeal of the case would "not be tried in the media of San Diego."

All three are citing law enforcement as sources...

Your probably right, a lot of the trouble started with hit-and-run trouble makers.
Most of the regulars enjoy a lively discussion/debate.
That's why we spend so many hours on here, it would be very dull if we all agreed.
To: drlevy88
revealing these things would help ease the minds of those trial watchers who are afraid he's "innocent".
To: Bug
I caught unmitigated s**t when I said that there was tons of evidence against him. Hope those folks choke on their words now.

"Hope those folks choke on their words now."
It certainly should give them pause in their undying support that he was innocent...

The personal attacks were first and most often from the hang-Westerfield side. After a while the "presume him innocent and prove him guilty beyond any reasonable doubt" crowd, on account of and in response to having suffered incessant barrages of personal attacks, became extra wary of any Westerfield is guilty poster and took to preemptive strike first and ask questions later tactics. Now it is close to a balance of terror, but the hang 'im high crowd has been favored by local moderators, and many due process zealots have moved on. Wrong.
Just this morning one of the Westerfield groupies called Kim a "cretin".
Your side seems to relish this sort of attack.

Most of the regulars enjoy a lively discussion/debate. You're one of the regulars. And did you not see an unremitting attack on Kim?
To: BunnySlippers
"And did you not see an unremitting attack on Kim?"
I saw it and I got it too...
To: John Jamieson
Very true JJ..
To: John Jamieson
Hia - I was in the same frame of mind as you - for months. I think it's time to give it up.
He's guilty.

I saw it and I got it too... So did I ... and I left. The Westerfield Fan Club drive lots of Freepers away.
To: marajade
That was the welcoming committee don't ya know. :)

Very true JJ.. And you were the target. No?
To: BunnySlippers
Not unremitting, but too often, and I've defended her, when I saw it. I think she is really tough, but a sweetheart underneath it all.
