Rense.com has an interesting piece today linking the new Iraq push to the price of oil. Briefly it states to save the US economy we need a sudden deflation of oil to 12-13$ a barrel to keep our debt pumps working and us out of a deep reccesion.
Rense is a copnspiracy nut.
Face some facts: The US was unwilling to drill in 2 mile section of a wildlife reserve (actually a mosquito swamp/windswept frozen wasteland).
Now we area willing to go to war over oil?
Future oil prices might go down from an invasion, but not now.
