What is Berkeley going to do if there is an orbiting ChiCom nuclear missile platform over it 59km?
I doubt they can shoot it down.
I think they will follow the example of the people with whom they most identify, the French.
Easy, Berkley will just pass an ordinance banning any incoming missles.
Can someone tell me if all of the potholes are filled, teachers paid, and garbage collected in Berkley? This is the domain of city government after all.
