If someone knew what they were doing and realy wanted to be mean to you, they would send a document to you with black and white stripes approx. .5mm appart. even with high speed Fax technology you are still looking at nearly 20 minutes/page, and a whole lot of ink.

Someone should offer this man a tin-foil hat. Tinfoil hat?
Sounds more like his own personal Abuse Button would be in order.

Just one more reason why a grown man shouldn't live with his mother.

He's harassing politicians and bureaucrats ... I just can't dislike the little dude. He's strange but I wish we had more of 'em. ;o)

RE: Loop of black paper. I knew about the paper loop, but I would have printed "Stop sending Faxes!".
Your way is better - blows the heck out of the toner budget.
Of course, if you do that to someone with an eFax number, what happens is that eFax runs out of bits, and that screws all eFax customers.

More specifically, if you fax them black paper, they run out of ones.

True. Next thing you know, he'll be slicing and dicing women in showers.

When the idiot Mike Feuer installed an ordinance in L.A. that said you must fill out a form to buy ammunition, I suggested everyone buy ammo one round at a time and fill out forms for each round. The idea was to deluge the city with paper.
Did not turn out to be popular; most people just shrugged and bought by internet. But that is helping to drive gun shops bankrupt and out of L.A., which was Feuer's real motive in the first place.

Sounds like my neighbor. I thought he was King of the A-holes, but this guy sounds worse. They have to be related.

"As a citizen of Manatee County, I have a write to ask the mayor
a question." He knows his legal writes. Oh, that's golden.

Many laws are selectively enforced: that guy speeding around me on the highway; rolling the stop sign; the dead voting in elections, etc.
What we have is a social contract with one another or we have chaos. I expect you to stop for the red light and you expect me to stop for you. This social contract also means being reasonable and this guy needs to get a grip. If anything he had to say was relavent it was lost in the fax. Too bad, the should probably make him a COP--Citizen on Patrol. LOL BTW just got my racket regripped, too!!
