Can you say "oops". Now that we've built all these new bases in Turkey, Kuwaitn, Qatar, Bahrain and the old Soviet states in Central Asia, the Saudis just realized that they are no longer a player. What a rude awakening it will be when a "representative" government is CIA'd swept into power in Iraq and they refuse to join OPEC.....

The noose slowly tightens
'round the throat!
Whether by plane, by tank, by boat;
Saddam should surely note;
Time is a tickin' away
tickin' away;
tickin' away;
tick-tock, tick-tock, tick-tock
