thats exactly what i was reffering to, thnx for the input. i did try to carefully word it so that peopel knew that some info can be lost forever, but most of the time, at least some type of stamp of it remains. if my wording sounded like anything else, i'm sorry. i talked to my dad a bit about it and some of my previous statement was mislead, thnx again for clearing it up. in no way do i calim im an authority(esp. over someone with that much exposure to the field)

To me, the mark of an educated person is the willingness to learn and the knowledge that there is always something more to be learned AND to discard that which is no longer valid. I was happy to lend my experience, and I hope that others will keep teaching me.
