I would bet the farm and would not be shocked; in guessing that this was set-up prior to election day. The company "Election Systems & Software Inc." needs researched to see how tied they are to the DNC and how big of a donation the DNC back doored them and how much Election Systems & Software Inc., donated to the DNC.
