You give the dims far too much credit. Imagine the stupidest people you have ever met. Multiply that stupidity by a factor of 2. The poll workers and the dim voters in these counties are drawn from that gene pool. They aren't smart enough to devise a conspiracy to discredit Jeb. I doubt that these people are smart enough to clean themselves.
