Returned to the US yesterday after 2 weeks in London. One of the big stories was about a homeower who had tackled a "career" criminal while he was threating his children. Well as luck would have it the man died and the homeowner was found gulity of manslaughter. As a side bar, the Home Secretary announced that they were very proud that 63% of their "911" calls were being answered in 8 minutes or less.
Boy was I ever impressed!
