I've often wondered if one individual can mean so much to ANY large organization. Sure, the boss sets the tone, hires his management team, etc. But to lay the successes or failures of a large company solely at one person's feet is a stretch, IMHO.

Like Jack said, that's the system we've got.

I wonder if he'll extol the virtues of our legal system after his ex-wife nails him for half of everything (plus her legal fees), pre-tax!
