Saddam is now responsible for 9/11?
Maybee some Kurds in the northern part, but I don't think it was Saddam.
It is alleged that he did give OBL some $$ back in the late 90's....I would be SURPRISED if he was NOT involved in it one way or another...either directly or indirectly...so yes, I'd say he share some resonsibility.
