One of the men said they told the police that no they did not want their car searched. Sorry but if that is not being cooperative then arrest us all.You seem to be taking these guys' words as absolute truth. The suspect said that's the only way he was being "uncooperative." How do you know that's true?
Because the authorities later said they were cooperative. Doesn't that mean anything?
