Supposedly, at the fall of the Soviet Union a KGB agent crossed the boarder from Canada with a suitcase nuke and delivered it to the J. Edgar Hoover Building in DC.

He was probably treated better than the 60 year old grannies who get the riot act for trying to get past airport security whith their nitting needles.

Maybe I should have made it clear that he turned in the nuke to the FBI since the Soviet Union and The USA were no longer in the Cold War. And yes, he probably lives in the US somewhere in "Montana" or some such place now.
