If you make him legal, then you have to make the other 10 million legal also. This kid is not any different then any other illegal, and needs to return to Mexico.
Universities in Mexico have fine computer science programs.
Mexico can pay for his education.

OR he could go back to where he came from and make a life for himself there instead of trying to sponge federal assistance that should be going to LEGAL American residents only.

Why would it occur to anyone to "get the guy legal"? Get him back to Mexico, then we can talk about legal in ten years, when he qualifies to legally immigrate.
