Does anyone have any info on the Chinese Oil Tanker that exploded and sank yesterday.

The only thing I heard, was that it hit a rock and exploded.

Sounds a little strange to me and their press are not like western press.

Sounds to me like they were shooting an action scene for a movie.... Lots of things blow up in film that usually don't blow up in real life. ;-)

"Chinese Oil Tanker that exploded and sank yesterday."

From what I read in the paper, it was more of a "Darwin" experience. It seems that after they crashed their ship on some rocks and started leaking petroleum products, some dork went out on a life raft and shot off a flare. The flare landed on the oil slick and blew up the ship.

The story was that they ran aground in the dark, and then they decided to shoot some flares off. Kaboom.
