I would not worry about this except for the fact that it is inevitable we will have another Left/Dem president some day, and most of them just salivate over the prospect of destroying our national sovereignty.

It takes more than the President to effect those kinds of capitulations. If we get to a point where our Congress, Judiciary and Executive would pursue such a scheme, there would be no American soverignity left to save. Clinton was as multilateral as you get, but the Congress and our citizens wouldn't allow that level of abandonment. The Senate voted down his Kumbaya Kyoto dream 98-0, they stuffed his ICC proposals, and they wouldn't allow him to do most of what he wanted. Our system is built to neuter extremists at any stage - it's really just the Judiciary branch that's out of control right now. Hence, the desparate measures the libs are taking to seize the Judicial nomination and approval process. They rule from the bench these days.
