Man, he's parsing all over the place.
I believe this guy has a real problem; he knows the FBI is still investigating him and he knows everybody knows he applied for a job at the CIA and was rejected, partly because he failed a lie detector test. He's vengeful.

He's vengeful. He also got a taste of fame and celebrity back in '98. He thought he could cash in again -- but he didn't count on Bush being serious. Pride goeth before a fall, and Ritter was certainly very proud.

I'm surprised he's come on FOX since they fired him! He's performing like he thinks he's an expert....more than President Bush who does have the latest information, unlike Ritter.
He's saying inspectors were not booted out but because we (read Clinton administration) picked up the phone and said get out.
