We will never have a perfect administration just as we never have perfect leaders at any time or in any fight. But we now have one whose heart is in the right place who has respect for the America we have always striven to become and who worships God. This is good.
While we should never hide our ideals sometimes we must make do with what is available. Now is the time for all good men to come to the aid of their country. That was true when Tom Paine said it and is true now. Differences can be settled once these mad dogs at our throats are disposed of.

Yes, but once we have the mad dogs put out of their misery, we must still face the wicked ones at home. While important thing are going on around the world and in this country, lib/dems like Mayor Vera Katz of Portland, Oregon are declaring a "Leather Pride Week" for her town. Go figure....

I agree with what you say ... to a point.
When and if a time comes when the maddogs infest both sides of the aisle ... and in some cases they already do ... then we must stand, as those with whom Thomas Paine was associated with ... against the resulting tyranny.
Those men not only fought England, they fought the Torries amongst them as well.
For me, the 2nd amendment and abortion are two defining issue I cannot and will not compromise on. No more than our founders would compromise when the loyalist and King's forces moved on their firearms of the day.
To do so renders us physically, morally and spiritually defenseless IMHO.
