I was gonna say...this is driving the Dems on the Hill absolutely nuts! They'd love to get their beady eyeballs on anything having to do with the plan for our military.
I think you have the real reason nailed-down for this leak. I think there are certain kinds of information fed to suspected blabbermouths-to-the-press, and alot of the loose lips stuff comes straight from Congressional staffers if not from members themselves.
Rememeber the senators who browned their trousers when Bush's Justice Dept was asking for lie-detector tests for senators just in the past few weeks.
