Hey...these Telegraph guys get it !
Muttly like !

Mr Gore's hallmark is caution; his finger-wagging attitude would have been woefully inadequate
Thank you, Lord, for President Bush.
To: Pokey78
"but Americans have found in Mr Bush a great leader."
Couldn't have said it better myself.
To: Pokey78
Truly amazing words from the Brits!
To: Pokey78
Kind of a back-handed compliment. I am not sure they still get it though. We are behind President Bush because he has CHARACTER and HONOR and SPEAKS TRUTH. Not because he is "not good at giving speeches".
To: Pokey78
Outstanding! God bless America and W!

That this is the editorial board makes it doubly impressive. The Telegraph gets it. But like so many others, they never saw what was in GWB until after 9/11, shile so many of us on FR could not understand why others didn't see it before then - it was obvious to us a long time ago.

Clinton's all time high approval rating was 69%--that's is too ironic for words.

Hidden in here is the admission that Europe does not contain the lead nation of the free world -- America is THE only leader. President GW Bush - the all-American president - is the crusader they know they must follow.
By George, they are with us!

Nice Lady.

I am not sure that they get it, they still can not bring themselves to name him as "PRESIDENT BUSH" in thier articles. Do not send them flowers, they do not deserve them. Thier facts look to be right on, but they, as the lib's here at home, think he was not elected, but annointed. Both are wrong, should I ever have the chance to meet him, I, just like the famlies he met today, will call him President Bush, and remember how thankful I am that he is our president. Tom

BTW, I was at the re-opened Biograph Theater in Chicago, a couple of months ago.
Thinking of you.
...also checking the alley for bullet holes.

They're Euros. That's why we left.

The President is a great leader because he understands the simple things. He's not too sophisticated for concepts like right and wrong and the eternal struggle between good and evil. He doesn't regard that mindset as outmoded, intolerant or unsophisticated. FOr him, the notion that America is a nation chosen by God to lead the free world isn't some theory out of the past that should be mocked. Thankfully, our President regards that simple truth as the guiding force behind his Presidency.
So, I hope the Islamofascist Motherf**kers that lit this candle understand that while they may have landed the first shot, God himself will help us see to it that we land the last...

Welcome home. Tom
