Yours is a really twisted interpretation of Jefferson. Just an FYI, Jefferson was talking about OUR OWN government.
Jefferson would have been the last person to advocate overthrowing another country's government:

As I've explained elsewhere, this is not 1793. And the situation today is far different. The choice is between appeasement or victory. Ask the Barbary Pirates if Jefferson chose appeasement.
