You mean where Congress once again abdicated it's Constitutional obligation to issue a formal decalaration of War???

It was a declaration of war. You just don't want to look at it like it is: a declaration of war. If it wasn't, then why give the Commander in Chief that power?

The War Powers Act gives the President the power to use the military for 90 days without Congressional approval. So if Bush does it in 90 days, what's the problem?

But like I said, like it or not, it's on.

It was a declaration of war.

Hogwash.
Congress hasn't issued a formal declaration of War in over 60 years.
Instead, they come up with political euphemisms from which they can later tap dance a retreat.
Wake-up. Congress is nothing but a bunch of gluttonous lawyers, unwilling to commit to principle for fear of disrupting their taxpayer funded feast.
