Burst.Net == The ISP of Terrorists
The terrorists have found a friend in Pennsylvania.
http://66.197.181.234/ traces to Burst.Net in Scranton PA. Burst.Net is also the home to several other terrorist groups. For example: the official website of
Hamas is located at IP address of 64.191.17.22 . The terrorist group
Laskar Jehad is at IP address 64.191.23.199 all within Burst.net's netblock .
Burst.net was also the home of Al-Qaeda's Azzam.com and the Taliban-online.com. Both have been removed because of pressure by concerned citizens after they had read stories in the news media -- but
Burst.net has strongly resisted taking even these terror sites down even though they violated Burst.Net's own terms of service agreement.
For more information on Burst.net's business practices go to the
Google Groups as do a search for "Hostnoc" or "Burst.net"
The old saw
"Burst.net must keep all the terror sites up for the Govt. to monitor" just doesn't cut it anymore. Recent legal rulings have underscored the fact that an ISP is responsable for what it hosts. After an ISP is informed of a websites content and it's violation of the legally binding Terms of Service agreement it must take the site down -- or the ISP becomes responsable for what is posted.
Azzam.com published the orders from bin Laden to
"to kill the Americans and their allies-civilians and military is an individual duty for every Muslim who can do it in any country in which it is possible to do it," and the terrorists carried it out. That's incitement to murder and I hope the 9-11 victims lawyers include Burst.net in the current lawsuit. For that matter, how about the victims of Hamas in pizza parlors and buses in Israel or the thousands of Christians murdered by Laskar Jehad in Indonesia?
Burst.net is a privately held company so the information about who owns funds this company is not publically available. It's time a bright spotlight was shined on this company.
Who controls this company and why do they want to destory America?

This message could have two purposes, to make Bin Laden a martyr, and to give the peace crowd another reason not to invade Iraq - Bin Laden is dead, Al Qaeda is defeated, war's over.

Ooooops
Don't believe everything you see on an Al-Qaeda website!
This just in...
"Don't run with this story!!! Our Arabic translator just read the entire thing. It's not about the death of "Sheikh Osama" but the death of "Osama of Aden," who alneda.com says "a warrior for the sheik." Our translator says the "communique" appears to have been written by a 12-year-old. It contains misspelled words, lots of exclamation marks and even begins with the phrase, "it was a dark and stormy night." We think the site was hacked by a kid who decided to have some fun!

I have read the first three or four paragraphs and can tell you that it states that bin Laden was killed during the strikes on Tora Bora (after 5 days of around the clock crazed bombing using all types of bombs and rockets and for the first time a type of cave-busting bomb). I will look at it more later for a fuller translation, but that is the critical passage.
