I've actually heard of a "jihad.net" or a "jihad.com" before that is a reputed AQ site. And did Pokey 78 not say that this site originated in the Sudan?
Any illumination on this score?

Look at this story filed on CBS's website 2 hours ago...
Al-Qaeda captured in Pakistan.Within minutes, a burly, curly haired man was brought out with his entire face covered by a blindfold. Hundreds of policemen fired off volleys of gunfire to celebrate his capture.
Would they celebrate capturing a low level Al-Qaeda??
The final gunman was captured shortly afterward.
