The first grouping includes those Effete Elite who sit atop the DemonRAT food chain and feed the lies to the Willfully-Ignorant bottomfeeders who have come to depend on the Guv'ment fer their daily bread. So, in essence, the RATS are made up of SlaveMasters and Slaves, neither of whom should be holding their heads but so high.
