Just introduced a RAT cousin of mine to FR. If he checks in he will either be a pain in the @$$ or hopefully learn something. He and I were close as kids because we were both voracious readers, but somewhere we took different bends in the road. He has an IQ well above the genius range, but still thinks that Big Daddy in Washington will solve his problems. Can this RAT be saved?
