I hope this fits the bill, Mud:

These Four Things

When you accept Christ,
you are born anew,
all past sins and strife are
are lifted from you

You become a child of Christ
with a new life to enjoy,
you cannot be caught
by evil’s ploy

A new hope is yours
a new home awaits,
opening new doors
to Heaven’s gate

He invites all to enter,
rejecting none who do so,
you become the center
with a new way to go,

Your Soul and Spirit sings
with these four things,
never again to know sorrow,
rejoicing in every tomorrow

Too many "are"s in stanza one. Stanza should read:

all past sins and strife
are lifted from you

The "senior moments" are coming closer and closer together 8>)
