In Mogadiscu, Somalia you have near 90% unemployment. The clans have destroyed the city and the predators feed on one another for scraps. After the US and UN left no one stepped in. Everyone in that miserable clan ridden crime ridden southern Somalia wants to blow up America, or move to America, or both. And certainly in the American melting pot, Somalis don't melt.
