Has anyone found a commonality between these murders aside from the fact they were in this field? Could they have worked for terrorists or others? Has anyone noted a news outlet aside from the internet doing a piece on this? I have been following it for some time, I thought I was one of the few or none that noticed....Nice to know Freepers are so observant :0).

I don't think it likely these people were working for terrorists. They lived in california or massachusetts or london or moscow or israel. the terrorists must develop their weapons in places like afghanistan or iraq. the only commonality is that they were experts in this field. As the author pointed out, the odds of this happening without someone making it happen are so small as to be a non-factor. The story about the chinese researcher killing the russian researcher in california is especially chilling.
