I thought I heard in the background today that another tape of bin Laden has been received...I think it's audio...and hasn't there been a trend of bin Laden surfacing and terrorist attacks occurring shortly thereafter?

That might be another reason for the upgrade in alert. No?

They haven't dug up OBL's bones, just published old tapes of him. It could be used as a signal, and communications between terrorists have been on the increase lately according to reports.
