I think this is the first time they've ever raised it.

Cnn.com's breaking news tag implies that is was raised once in March as well... I do not remember this. Clarification anyone?

I do not remember this either. To my knowledge it has never changed. I wondered why when they would issue special alerts to watch for this or that.
