Look just sleep though 9-11-02 just as you apparently did 9-11-01. There will probably be no 911 related programming on the cartoon channel so you can escape it there.

I am with you. It's like they have all gotten away from what REALLY happened into schmaltzy sentimentality. I saw the other day all the Congressmen walking past a wreath to put American flags in it, with a sappy flute piece in the backround. And I thought, this has nothing to do with anything, it is political theatrics.

And all the networks have said they are NOT going to show the planes hitting the buildings, just run memorial shows. Knowing the way the networks work, I can just imagine. But it is good to see the flags coming out again. I put my Don't Tread On Me flag up yesterday. And flying a flag is patriotic, not sentimental.
