Back in the early eighties there was a miniseries called 'V', where aliens disguised as humanoids came to Earth, pretending to be our friends, but secretly plotting against us (I'll ignore the obvious parallels for now). Anyway, one of their secret weapons was a conversion chamber, where they basically turned people's minds to support the aliens' cause. One telltale sign of someone having gone through this process was that they suddenly started writing with their nondominant hand. Typically it was their LEFT hand. Another parallel that is too obvious to mention. A third parallel is that the aliens' home world was mostly desert. It's a good miniseries -- and particularly so when comparing to Nazi Germany and the infiltration of Radical Islam into our country.
