The first thing that comes to mind for me is the fact that November is the month of Ramadan. Remember, last year we held off doing anything so as to "honor" their religious holiday. Perhaps that plays into the time of year....they know that we're dumb enough to fall for that Ramadan thing.

There's a memory that says their calendar is lunar, not sidereal, and so Ramadan moves w/r/t to our calendar, that in our calendar it could (and has) appear any time of the year.

We did not hold off anything last november as I recall.We started I believe in mid to late october in trashcanistan.Many on the left bood Bush for that.
