This is screwed up on so many levels I hardly know where to begin... it will diminish actual parental responsibility (the libs love this)..the parents will think they don't actually have to physically watch the kids anymore...
It's also a foot in the door for more insidious things...don't care if you cry "tinfoil" to this... how far does this have to go before you stop saying "tinfoil"?.. I see FReepers denying every little step towards mandatory chipping.. like it's not happening if you deny it enough..
3rd.. there are many ways to defeat this.. just kill the kid and dump it...then the chip will only help you find the body....
