Because they're so repressed about their own natural desires,

Jacking off to images of two-dimensional strangers having sex is a natural desire?

And, if it's being broadcast in the middle of the news, is it particularly okay to "turn on" since -- surely -- "everybody's doin' it?"

Get real.

Being curious about sex and wanting to watch a pornographic film is a completely natural and normal desire. How many people can you find just hitting puberty who wouldn't have such curiosities? The only reason they might not act on them is because they were taught to repress their desires or their actions. Nothing wrong with teaching people discipline and responsibility, but to completely repress an adult society from satisfying their harmless sexual curiosity or desires is utterly unnatural, inhuman, and unhealthy.

And I didn't use the "everybody's doing it" argument. That's obviously not a good argument. Everybody's doing it and no harm is coming from it might be a better argument.
