AG Bob Butterworth (Al Gore's Fla. campaign mgr, DNC convention platform chair and Dem. elector) did the same thing Ms. Harris did...and he's still on the ballot...a good old partisan member of the vast left wing / news media party. The press is showing its hypocrisy Big Time with the attack on Ms. Harris, while too many of our own fall for the clever little divisive tricks of the organized crime machine, join the Rats and work to assure a Rat victory. The press is part of the enemy. Whatever you think Ms. Harris has done, the Rats have done far more...and you will never hear about it. Sorry, the armchair perfectionists only help the truly rotten left look smug and noble.

I don't know if Butterworth is opposed in the primary, but if he is it is only a Rat has standing to bring this suit (Republicans can't vote in the primary so they aren't electors). Only after the primary any member of the electorate can bring and action against him. If Harris loses there is a Republican out there somewhere who will sue, I promise. Taking care of this in the primary is a better strategic move because this way the party has a candidate to run in the fall. If Butterworth loses the suit, the seat will automatically go to the Republican, unless the Rats can run a successful write-in campaign.
