Daisy Mae can't go to school.

I guess she will have to be homeschooled along with the pink flamingoes.

this is a 'big smile' story. You're more than welcome.
IMHO, we need 'big smile' stories now and then.
It is rather sad about the stolen items,
but heartwarming to read of a wonderful couples' slightly eccentric hobby
of bringing a little light-hearted joy to their neighbors and community.

standard disclaimer:
wife has two flamingos, less wire legs, planted on a piece of driftwood in the front flower bed ...
had one of these awhile too, but it was the victim of a drive-by flamingocide ...

"So much good has come out of that cow since we started doing it," she said. "It's brought so much attention and happiness to the neighborhood." That's what she thinks. How are the neighbors' property values holding up, I wonder. Has it been tipped yet?
