We should simply close the Canadian border with the US for a week and then let them rethink their position of "doing enough" to seal their own borders. If that doesn't help, make it permanent.

After a thorough background check (done in advance), and posting a security bond to be picked up ON THEIR WAY OUT, every non-citizen who enters our country from any border crossing and airport should have to go through the same anal exam that US citizens currently have to undergo just to use the nations airlines.
