Bump. #299 is for you, too.

What an absurd post. If what you say is true people wouldn't be posting HERE.
Your claim about an event in Las Vegas being a barometer of a website's success has got to be one of the more absurd arguments ever posted on this forum. There's nothing forcing you to stay here--leave if it so horrible.
To: Violet St
Troll. Idiotic post. 60,000 active, posting members, or people who have signed up over the life of FR? And how many have duplicate ID's (hint hint)?
Get lost.

I don't read the constitution any more than I had to. It is like religion with me...if the rabbi or the priest can't 'splain it to me I'm not interested and if the SCOTUS can't figure it out I'll pass.
Petunia is on indefinite leave; she refuses to sing until all of her foes are vanquished...painfully.

"The Constitution is not an operating plan." Not true. Everything prior to the Bill of Rights concerns precisely what you say it's not: operational instructions.
Apples and Comesquats.

No, I think I will stay here too.
That it annoys you, is enough satisfaction for me.

No, I think I will stay here too. That it annoys you, is enough satisfaction for me. Laz, tell the truth now. Are you an opportunist or do you just need some time off...you know, like spend some quality time with your family.
LP might hold some promise if it weren't for the blatant hypocrisy...hallmarks of failure.

Laz, tell the truth now. Are you an opportunist or do you just need some time off...you know, like spend some quality time with your family.Neither. I'm just a regular guy tryin' to make his way through this muddled world.
LP might hold some promise if it weren't for the blatant hypocrisy...hallmarks of failure.
Disagree. LP is a fine forum, and will improve even more as time goes on.

The people who are killing freedom in our country just as they are all around the world are the leftists or marxists.I don't see the leftists and marxists as the problem in America. You always know where they stand: They want bigger government and less indidivual freedom, and they will lie, cheat, steal, and even kill to achieve those goals. They are totally predictible in their ruthlessness.
But in the rare instances that the American public gets a chance to vote on a piece of their platform, it is always rejected. Yet the liberal/marxist agenda seems to proceed regardless, like a massive, irresistible force.
The explanation is simple: It is the appeasers of both parties who enable the liberals and marxists - but especially guilty are those enablers who claim to be conservatives. As quoted on Rush Limbaugh last week:
"The truly and deliberately evil men are a very small minority; it is the appeaser who unleashes them on mankind; it is the appeaser's intellectual abdication that invites them to take over. When a culture's dominant trend is geared to irrationality, the thugs win over the appeasers. When intellectual leaders fail to foster the best in the mixed, unformed, vacillating character of people at large, the thugs are sure to bring out the worst. When the ablest men turn into cowards, the average men turn into brutes." --Ayn Rand, Altruism as Appeasement, The Objectivist, January 1966.

Violet,
TSK~~TSK~~TSK!
Your post: A friend of mine went to FRIVA Las Vegas and he told me that only 75 people showed up. In a website that claims 60,000 registered members, that says a lot about the effect of the current wrong headed policies.
....is an almost word for word quote from LP.
MOST disingenuous of you!

Na, I read that so long ago I can't really even remember it. I know it had something to do with some broad who had the morals and instincts of a female alley cat in heat and then there was some guy who thought he was some sort of demigod or something .... or was that the Fountainbleu .... I don't know I get them mixed up.
As to sescession .... I don't see any other path anymore ... but it will never happen. Conservatives are just not political enough. They're too busy living real lives and so they will continue in the pot as the water approaches the boiling point.

I went to Freep Hillary and Bill with Benson_Carter last year. Yep 2 of us against a sea of liberal dung Clinton worshippers!
So don't tell me 1, 2 or if 75 show up that isn't great.
Its those that sit on computer like the anti-freepers and do nothing but slam another web site that are mental!

You're right. The Bill of Rights (apples) has absolutely no relationship with the Constitution of the United States (Comesquats).
< /tomfoolery >
To: Cyber Liberty
No, no, dear heart. Operational
instructions are vastly differentiated from operational
plansThe constitution is a roadmap, not an itinerary.
Now, please don't argue with me anymore today. I've beat you fair and square and you and Laz are really getting on my nerves...again.
To: harrowup
Now, please don't argue with me anymore today. You are COMPLETELY wrong about EVERYTHING.
To: harrowup
It's been a long time since I got on your nerves. After all, we've both been here a long time.
I accept your definitions, and offer profound apologies....
To: Lazamataz
You are partially wrong about nothing.
