International terrorism executed its worst atrocity on the streets of America, but that was an attack on the whole of the free and civilised world. And America should not have to face these problems alone, the whole of the international community has a responsibility to deal with it. And here we have a situation again, you would think with the debate going on in the past few weeks it was somehow us who were in breach of the United Nations resolutions and Saddam who was wanting compliance.
